A board-certified urologist and founding member of Ironwood Urology, Dr. Bigelow has practiced in Arizona since 2008. He is an expert in robotic and minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of benign and malignant urologic diseases, and also trains other urologists in these techniques. He graduated with honors from the University of Chicago and earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. As a leader in reproductive and sexual health, he is committed to providing comprehensive, exceptional care and surpassing patient expectations. He offers the latest treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stone disease, urinary problems, hypogonadism (low testosterone), erectile dysfunction, hematuria (blood in the urine), and urinary incontinence. Dr. Ahmadieh is a fellowship-trained urologist who specializes in urologic reconstructive surgery and robotic surgery. His passion is treating patients with complex urologic conditions including urethral strictures, ureteral obstruction and injuries, post-prostatectomy male incontinence, and trauma-related urologic complications. He offers a wide variety of BPH and enlarged prostate treatments, allowing for individualized patient care. An Arizona native who trained at the Mayo Clinic and UC San Diego, Dr. Ahmadieh is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and building lasting relationships with his patients.
